Care Tips: Regular and thorough vacumming with a good vacuum as often as needed is the best way to remove soil and dirt particles before they become imbedded in your rugs, carpet, and upholstery. Also, spot removal when necessary, as well as periodic cleaning by a professional (see information on professional cleaning below).

Spot and stain Removal

• Immediate treatment of any spill is very important! Blot up liquids with a paper towel or color free absorbent cloth. Scoop up solids with the end of a knife or spoon.
• Apply an absorbent dry powder, such as corn starch directly to the affected area. This will pull all moisture, as a sponge does, to the surface. Let stand until dry and vacuum well until all corn starch is gone. Repeat as necessary.
• If discoloration is observed, call us for further instructions.
• Please do not use "over the counter" spotting chemicals. Always call us first.
